Return & Refund Policy

At Little Arab Perfumes, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read the following return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Non-Returned Items

Perfumes that have been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email us at support@littlearabperfumes.com with your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and clear photos of the item(s) received.

Our team will assess the situation and may request additional information or evidence to verify the claim. Upon approval, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

Refunds (if applicable)

If we approve a refund, we will process it back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

Conditions for Refund/Replacement:

  • Contact must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging, unless the issue was due to damage or incorrect shipment.
  • Proof of purchase and photo evidence must be submitted.

Shipping Errors and Delays

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer or due to courier/customs issues.
